I’m not an estate agent (never have been)…

I’m a serial house seller, property consultant, market commentator and writer.

I’ve even recently been voted one of the UK’s top ten property specialists by The Property Investor Magazine

Originally, I trained as an Architect at The Oxford School of Architecture & The Architectural Association, but I also hold a master’s degree from London South Bank University in Property Development, Planning Law & Finance.

Most of my early career was spent sourcing and buying land on behalf of some of the UK’s largest plc house builders. Hated it and in 2005 left full-time employment to set up my own property consultancy providing a range of asset management services.

It’s all pretty dry stuff which is why I’m most proud of creating TheAdvisory which provides a platform from which I help protect house sellers from unethical practices in the property industry.

In 2018 I also launched PropCast which is the UK’s only house selling weather forecast. This tool has been well received by the public and the media and in turn resulted in me becoming somewhat of a property pundit.
