20 Years of Experience as a Property Consultant

I’m not an estate agent (never have been)…
I’m a serial house seller, property consultant, market commentator and writer.
I’ve even recently been voted one of the UK’s top ten property specialists by The Property Investor Magazine
Originally, I trained as an Architect at The Oxford School of Architecture & The Architectural Association, but I also hold a master’s degree from London South Bank University in Property Development, Planning Law & Finance.

What Clients Are Saying
“We’ve all heard it: “If it sounds too good to be true then it probably is”. The reviews for Gavin Brazg & TheAdvisory are so glowing you’d think they were bound to be fake, but have faith, those are no con.”

PropCast™️
A weather report showing levels of 'buyer demand' in UK housing markets.
In 2018 I also launched PropCast which is the UK’s only house selling weather forecast. This tool has been well received by the public and the media and in turn resulted in me becoming somewhat of a property pundit.
